For students who were given a Student Spa Passport in class:

Please request a day in the Student Spa by filling out this form. The Student Spa Manager will reach out to notify you of available Student Spa dates that we have available.

For students wanting to book Student Spa to work on their quotas:

For Students in the Advanced and Clinical Esthetics Diplomas who are required to work shifts in the Student Spa as part of their diploma requirements:

A student advisor will reach out to assist in building your training schedule and arrange your shifts for working in the Student Spa. Once dates have been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation notice the same way you receive confirmation emails for your practical training classes.

If you require additional shifts to complete your Student Spa service requirements, you can do so by submitting the form within this course. The Student Spa Manager will reach out with available shift options to open up your books.
