How To Upload Your Form B

Once your Form B is completed, you can upload it directly to your Student Aid portal:

Log in to your Student Aid account online.
Go to the Document Upload (or “Submit Documents”) section.
Select Form B as the document type.
Upload the completed form as a PDF or scanned copy.

Once Student Aid has received and processed your Form B, you won’t get a letter or notification, but you should see your information updated in your MyLoan account.
